Wish you all....

Hi friends. I wish you all a very happy Durga puja\Dussera. And hope this painting cheers you up too.

I am having a good time this Puja. I had been to Indian Ocean's concert yesterday and today it will be Pt Hariprasad Chaurasia and Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma together. Hope you guys are having fun too.

This really did cheer me up Prabal! It reminds me a little of our favorite place where we go on holiday. I think that this is my favorite of all your paintings so far! I absolutely love it :0)

For us living in cities this seems like old world. But this lovely world actually exists in probably 80% of India. And I do miss this a lot.

Godess Durga is actually awesome and a very personal Godess who is treated as a daughter of every household in eastern parts of India.
