Hi everyone. I have been in and out of Bangalore in last 2 weeks and have not been able to keep much in touch. Moreover I have not been able to paint for a long time now. Plan to get back to it asap.
This is an old painting of the grand road of Puri that I had attempted about 7-8 months back in monochrome.

Prabal, some shapes of the objects like the auto is not correct!You have to work on drawing the shapes of objects and figures correctly and proportionately! I suggest what I've learnt from the masters- sketch as much as possible! Details are'nt necessary, shapes and values are! This is my friendly advice.

Prabal I like the glow in your painting and the way you have reflected it ! It's an impressive scene!
Thanks Sadia. The idea behind doing a monochrome in yellow was to get that glow of dusk.
