It has been a long time since I have posted anything from my sketchbook. Finally took a few pictures and here they are. Enjoy.

Interesting sketches, Prabal. Do I recognize some as paintings you've done or perhaps some you intend to do?

Great portrait Prabal. I find it interesting the way you've split the face into different segments.

Super fantastic sketches Prabal! I LOVE looking at others sketches, I think you get a real look at the 'mind' of the artist that way.

And your portrait is AWESOME!! Ink is so hard to get right. It's fantastic.

But wait a minute. . . I was hoping to see a giant robot! Where is it???

Carol,
You are correct. 2 of them are already paintings. From the rest some could go on to become paintings depending on my mood. :) Artist whim you know. :)

Frank,
I was just bloking different areas of different tones in the portrait. It became interesting.

Sandra and Gary,
I am really happy that you liked these sketches. Even I like seeing other's sketch books.

Crystal,
Thanks. Giant Robot has been summoned by Johnny Sokko. I am waiting for him to return. :)

Very nice sketches and the portrait is superlative! I love sketching rail yards too. They are so much fun!
Thanks for posting.

Anudeepa,
Even I liked that sketch. I tried a painting of that, but it did not work out too well.

Vinayak,
Thaks for liking that portrait. I realized rail yards are very beautiful. I plan to do some of them in future.
