I learnt to paint everytime I paint. I have not done any course in arts; Never got an opportunity to. But I keep learning everyday. My paintings come out of my experince. Things that I see, hear, feel, think come into my paintings. I paint things that I identify with. At school I used to paint. But after that and after a long time I have started again and this time more passionate than ever. I dont do much oils now but thats how I started. Initially by copying old masters.
