After painting this I had put it in my reject drawer. Today morning for some reason I opened the drawer and saw this again. And felt well its not that bad. So I took a pic of it and posting it now. As promised I am posting all the sketches I made before doing this painting.
Have a great weekend and a great week ahead.

You have a reject drawer? No, no my friend we need to rename that place. Let's call it. . . the 'on a break' or 'separation' drawer. Where your paintings go when you're undecided about whether you love them or hate them. ;)
In any case, this is gorgeous. Beautiful soft washes. Yep. It's gorgeous.
I'm with Crystal - That's a great idea to re-name your drawer! And I also really like it too. Some times fresh eyes can see things so differently :0)
It is settled, I agree, you need to rename your drawer. Glad you took it out and showed us all today. A pleasant surprise. :) Wishing you beautiful days and peaceful nights. :)
I'm another vote for renaming the drawer!
'Holding' maybe? because this one is gorgeous - love the rising mist around the tractor wheels. xx
I have lots of rejects - my watercolour teacher calls them designer firelighters! Apparently they burn well. But yours certainly don't fall into that category. Great to see you work again.
Prabal, I love going into my reject cabinet. Sometimes I find an awesome painting. It looks like you have found 2. I prefer your palm paintings and city paintings more because that's my interest. But, these are lovely.
btw, your throw away art sale does have throw away prices. i think shipping to the U.S. would cost more than the painting.
I really like these two paintings ! Certainly NOT rejects! They have lots if atmosphere !
Prabal, I really hope the next test match is something to watch. India is playing magnificently while Australia is not :-(
