Wow. I love all of these Prabal. The colors are amazing and I find it so interesting to see that you still maintain your bold, spontaneous style when painting a completely different subject. Really these are just incredible. Fantastically well done! :)

Liana,
Thank you so much for such a quick comment. :)

Sahu,
Thanks so much. Your comment makes the painting more than what it is.

Crystal,
Looks like I did manage to impress you. These subjects are more likely to be painted by you. So your comments mean a lot.

Kathryn Ragan,
Thank you. I am glad you liked it. And I like the 'SO' in your comment too. :)

AK Sir, Yasha,
Great to know you enjoyed these..

Vinayak,
Thanks for your appreciation. Actually I made the white cow first. I thought I had done well, but I thought I wanted to be bolder with colors. Then I made the brown one. Though there are somethings that did not go according to the plan, but I did manage to satisfy the goal of being bolder with colors. And lastly I wanted to push myself even further and made the black one. But I think in the black one I went a bit overboard, and my techniques were also not able to support me completely there..

prabal, this series of Gai paintings is amazing. I can see all the different (difficult) hues mix so well and explode in you paintings...I'd like to see you at work!

Prabal, these are just fabulous!

A series of cows!
I love that each is different, that you've used different backgrounds and techniques in each. They are worthy of a post apiece!
Each one has a character of its own - you've captured that so well.
Love the light, love the salt effects, really I love them all. Looking forward to more :) xx

Kathy,
You should come to India. There are a lot of white cows around here. :) And many times a lot of color is thrown on them too. LOL.

Liz,
Thank a lot. And yes I did tag you. Hope to see the post someday. :)
